    Exchanges:

    Before you send anything, please contact us at info@officialandygibb.com to organise your exchange.

    We do not offer a free returns/exchange service. Any returns must be made at your own cost and you must obtain and retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Within Australia, we strongly recommend using registered or pre-paid post bags to ensure you obtain a tracking number as we cannot refund or issue credit notes for lost items.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition it was dispatched to you in otherwise the return or exchange is void.

    Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, items requested for return or exchange after this space of time will not be exchanged

    We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns / Exchange policy

    Please allow 10 working days for exchanges and returns to be processed

    Refunds:

    If you receive a faulty item, please make us aware at info@officialandygibb.com as soon as possible so we can inspect and offer a replacement item.

    Once communication has been received, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of contact to receive a replacement or refund.

    Please note faulty items that have been worn will not be accepted.

    We do not offer change of mind refunds as stated in the NSW legislation https://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/buying-products-and-services/repairs,-replacements-and-refunds 

    Refunds are not available on items that were purchased on sale including purchases were a sale discount has been used

  • Standard shipping is complimentary for all domestic (Australian) orders via standard post. Express post shipping within Australia is avaulable for $9.

    A flat shipping rate of $18AUD applies to all international orders. 

    Orders will be shipped via Australia Post parcel post.
